How the loyalty program works

The loyalty program is automatic and has no registration fees.

We track the number of your completed stays in our system. With every subsequent visit, you advance to a higher tier of benefits.

Only wellness and therapeutic stays booked directly with the hotel are included in the program.

Reservations made through travel agencies, third-party intermediaries, or additionally purchased services are not eligible.

You will receive your loyalty card during your first visit.

Starting from your second stay, you enter the Bronze level with a 5% discount.

Bronze

Valid from your 2nd to 9th stay (applies to both wellness and therapeutic stays).

Enjoy a 5% discount on all wellness and therapeutic packages.

Silver

Valid from your 10th to 19th stay (includes wellness and therapeutic stays).

Enjoy a 10% discount on all wellness and therapeutic packages.

Gold

Valid from your 20th to 29th stay (applies to both wellness and therapeutic stays).
Save 50% on parking fees during your stay.

Enjoy a 15% discount on all wellness and therapeutic packages.

VIP

Valid from your 30th stay onwards (applies to both wellness and therapeutic stays).
Complimentary parking during your entire stay.

Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

Benefits can be applied to direct bookings with the hotel.
The card is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other discounts.
The program applies to wellness and therapeutic stays, not to standard hotel accommodation.
